Sharon said: “Well, yes, I thought that all the people who would come to the class were people who were not confident like me, but during the chat, I felt that each of them was super confident, and they would not be nervous when they came to the stage to speak. ”
Later, after chatting with Sharon, I chatted with some younger friends, and I found that she is not the only one who thinks this way, but many people think:
“People who do not have self-confidence only need to take classes to have self-confidence! 》
Frankly, as a coach who teaches confidence, I hope this is true too, you must be wondering why I say that, right?
Because that way, it’s much easier for me to teach, without the need for personalization and the constant conversations with everyone in the class.
If self-confidence is distinguished by the concept of presence or absence, then I only need to be responsible for transforming [people without self-confidence] into [people with self-confidence], just like giving a gift or giving a treasure, as long as you come , I will give you such a treasure as self-confidence, as long as you take it with you, you don’t have to be afraid of any challenges, how good is this?
But unfortunately, self-confidence is not divided by the dichotomy of “yes” or “nothing”. True self-confidence is a state of high efficiency and extreme relaxation, and outstanding people still encounter adversity, they In fact, the life of a normal person is no different from that of ordinary people, and it is full of many challenges and unsolved problems.
So the question is, why do top successful people also need self-confidence, aren’t they already great?
Think about it with two simple questions, and you’ll see why:
1. Would the average athlete hire a mind coach?
2. Do top athletes hire mind coaches?
I don’t have to tell you the answer, I think you should be able to get the answer right away, right?
To take a recent example, tennis legend Federer:

And self-confidence is like a muscle, it can be exercised, and the more you use it, the more stable, flexible, and controllable it becomes.
Therefore, the self-confidence course is different from the usual clichés, and it is also different from those courses that only talk about the big truth and the lecturer’s story.
